Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Travel:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled travel date will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the same day of the trip or for no-shows.
Changes to Travel Date:
Requests to change the travel date can be accommodated subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Partial Refunds:
Refunds will not be processed for missed attractions or services due to delays caused by the guest.
Force Majeure:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
